Jumps are one of the most common movements in Parkour and Freerunning, as they are used for clearing obstacles and distances, we will teach you how to jump with the right technique so your body can go high and far but also ready for the perfect landing

The parkour landing is one of the first building blocks of learning parkour. It is also the basis for many advanced techniques as it teaches how to absorb and recover from the impact, how to use momentum to change directions, and allows you to learn how to recover your center of gravity after a leap.
