3-4 YEARS
KIDS CLASS
Parkour for kids is a fun, exciting, and innovative way for your child to learn parkour. We offer private Parkour classes for kids between 3 and 4 years old. In this class, we teach the fundamental parkour movements.
5-8 YEARS
JUNIOR CLASS
Parkour classes for kids between 5 and 8 focus on developing strength, endurance and balance while encouraging fun, creativity and self-confidence. A typical class structure involves warm-ups and drills to improve their technique, followed by an activity in which they will develop a new skill.
8-12 YEARS and above
JUNIOR+ CLASS
Parkour for ages between 8 years old and above provides more challenges that assist in generating leadership and team-building skills. The student-led warm-ups, group performances, and more learning based on skills that build the well-rounded athlete for competition and longevity.
12+ YEARS
ADULT CLASS
The main focus of this class is on improving mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. This ensures that the body is strong enough to reduce the risk of injury while increasing longevity in training.
