3-4 YEARS
KIDS CLASS
Parkour for kids is a fun and exciting way for your child to develop strength, coordination, and confidence. We offer both group and private parkour classes for children aged 3 to 4, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Our group classes have a small student-to-coach ratio, allowing each child to receive personal attention. Through climbing, jumping, and other dynamic movements, kids strengthen their core muscles and improve bone density while having a great time!
5-8 YEARS
JUNIOR CLASS
Our parkour classes for kids aged 5 to 8 focus on building fundamental movement skills through fun and engaging activities. Each class starts with warm-up games, followed by lessons on new techniques and refining existing skills. We wrap up with exciting challenges or races that test their abilities. These sessions not only enhance strength, endurance, and balance but also inspire creativity, boost self-confidence, and ensure a fun learning experience.
8-15 YEARS
JUNIOR+ CLASS
Our parkour classes for ages 8 to 15 emphasize developing muscle strength, mastering parkour techniques, and improving movement flow. Students learn how to combine skills fluidly, building both physical endurance and control while honing their abilities in a dynamic and challenging environment.
15+ YEARS
ADULT CLASS
The main focus of this class is on improving mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. This ensures that the body is strong enough to reduce the risk of injury while increasing longevity in training.
